Lili Vasileva holds a MA in Organizational psychology from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". She is experienced in the HR field, in business trainings, organizational consulting and in teaching. In 2008 she became a certified NLP Practitioner.

Her interests are oriented towards the development of key competences mostly in the fields of stress management and prevention, communication and establishment of communication channels. In the training process, Lili helps the participants reveal their potential and find new opportunities for personal growth and improvement. Her goal is to guide them toward a change in behavior and attitude that will increase their motivation to excel at work and add more value for their employer. She firmly believes that every person can be his own manager at the office and that training is the best way to provide him with the necessary skills to do so. Her previous experience working alongside leading Bulgarian specialists in consumer psychology, allows her to clearly identify and meet participants' needs during workshops and training sessions.
