Magdalena Nikolova is an NLP Trainer and certified business coach with a strong background in the sphere of human resources, organizational strategy and business communication. She works with executives and their teams helping them to achieve high performance, sustainable change and development of personal and professional resources in the context of business objectives.
Magdalena holds a Master Degree in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources Management from Lausanne University, Switzerland.
She is certified as NLP Trainer, NLP Master Practitioner and NLP New Code coach by John Grinder (Co-creator of NLP) and Carmen Bostic St. Claire (NLP New Code co-creator) and Michael Carroll from International Trainers Academy of NLP Academy, London, UK. She is also trained as a Work-Life Balance specialist by John Grinder (Co-creator of NLP) and Carmen Bostic St. Claire (NLP New Code co-creator).
Furthermore, Magdalena is a certified business coach by the Coaches Training Institute, Paris, France. In 2007 she became a member of the International Coaching Federation. In October 2007, she was appointed to conduct the European Coaching Survey 2007/8 for Bulgaria. The same year she became one of the founders of the ICF Bulgaria chapter and was invited to join Best Corporate Coach CO UK Ltd

Since 2007 Magdalena is the executive director of MLC International Consulting Group and she has been working with companies in Switzerland, France and Bulgaria. She is a wanted motivational speaker and has participated in different international conferences such as Zonta International Conference in Sofia 2007, UN Global Compact Leaders Summit in Geneva 2007, 13th Work and Organizational Psychology Conference in Stockholm 2007, etc.
In the period 2005-2007 Magdalena was a regular lecturer in Human Resources and Organizational consulting in the Lausanne University, Switzerland. She continues her work in Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", where she teaches courses in the field of Organizational behavior and Human Resources. Magdalena is a frequent freelance author for magazines such as Manager, Eva, HR, Investor, Her, and newspapers - Dnevnik Daily, Capital Weekly. She is fluent in English and French and delivers trainings in Bulgarian, English and French
In 2009 Magdalena Nikolova founded NLP Training Center, the only Certifying Institute on the Balkans, accredited by the International Trainers Academy of NLP (founded and run by Grinder, Bostic and Carroll).
