I think that the synthesis of techniques and models presented at the course will be exceptionally useful to me professionally. The experts demonstrated a high level of professionalism and used very good examples to clarify the theory.

What I personally found most interesting in the course was goal-setting, techniques for effective communication, anchoring. Everything I learned can be applied in practice.
