A very interesting course, supplied with many examples, has the potential to make a great difference both in my professional and personal life. As a result of the course, I have learned to be more flexible, save time, increased effectiveness and satisfaction, improved mental and physical health.

The methods used by the trainers are effective and comprehensible. Magdalena and Lili are exceptional professionals, charismatic, positive, very experienced. Every part of the training has multiple useful aspects.

To me, it is very important to be able to perceive and understand the differences between me and the surrounding people and to be able to modify them in order to reach a shared beneficial goal.

I consider the practical exercises to be among the strongest points of the modules.
